Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days.
You have 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.
To be eligible, the product must be :
• Unused and in perfect condition.
• In its original packaging.
Non-returnable items :
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Gift cards.
Specific conditions for partial refunds, subject to return inspection :
• Items that are damaged, incomplete, or altered.
• Returns made after 15 days.
For any return, proof of purchase is required.
Please do not return items without our approval and procedure.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank, as there may be an additional processing delay.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@actinomie.com with photos and your request.
Returning items
To return your product, please request the procedure by contacting us at contact@actinomie.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For valuable items, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
