Purpose of processing (purpose and legal basis)

The company ACTINOMIE, whose registered office is located at SAINT-RAPHAËL (83704), 50 Voie Aurélienne - Centre Affaires Europe - FRANCE, operates an online sales website. This site allows us to receive customer orders, and the data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a customer file.

This file is used to :

• Manage orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Carry out internal marketing operations (customer loyalty and promotions) and send advertising emails to our customers who have not objected or who have given their consent :
 - Concerning products similar to those they have already ordered.
 - Concerning other products offered by the company. For example, if a customer purchases a Boccia ramp, Boccia balls may be suggested.
 - Share customer data with our service providers to finalize the order (see Data Recipients below).
 - No customer data will ever be transferred to a third party outside of ACTINOMIE for commercial or advertising purposes.

Legal basis for processing

Order management : the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (see Article 6.1.b of the European General Data Protection Regulation).
Sending commercial solicitations by email concerning products similar to those already ordered by customers : the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the company (see Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), namely to promote our products to our customers.
Sending commercial solicitations by email concerning other products offered by ACTINOMIE : the legal basis for processing is consent (see Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), as required by Article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.

Categories of data

• Identity : title, last name, first name, billing address, delivery address, phone number, email address, date of birth, internal processing code allowing customer identification, data relating to registration on opposition lists.
• Order-related data : transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, invoice payment data (payments, outstanding amounts, discounts), product returns.
• Data required for loyalty and marketing activities : purchase history.
• Payment data : credit card numbers, expiry dates, and CVV codes are not processed on ACTINOMIE’s website. These are handled directly on the PAYPAL payment page.

Data recipients

• The customer service and billing departments of ACTINOMIE receive all categories of data.
• Subcontractors responsible for order delivery receive customers’ identity, address, email, and phone number.
• No customer email addresses are shared with third parties outside of ACTINOMIE for commercial or advertising purposes.

Data retention period

• Data required for order management and invoicing : kept for the duration of the business relationship and ten (10) years for accounting obligations.
• Data required for loyalty and marketing activities : kept for the duration of the business relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.
• Payment data : not retained by ACTINOMIE.
• Data relating to opposition lists : kept for three (3) years.
